I brought my car in for an estimate on an issue with my bumper. Rosemaria looked at it, was concerned that it wasn't safe to drive and pulled it back into the shop right then and there. A few minutes later, she brought it back with a temporary fix so I didn't have to drive it the way it was. No charge. She then proceeded to get me an estimate for doing a more thorough repair. Wonderful service!
